Update
Monday I had my glucose test (2 hr post parandial sp?) and then Monday night I was just not feeling well, a lot of BH but with cramping so DH said lets go to the hospital (an hour away****pt telling him, lets just go to the one across the street, they will just tell me to drink more water and relax but he talked me into going all the way to our hospital so we have our doctor if it's something else. We got their and every time I had a contraction it didn't pick it up...so frustrating! Eventually they picked up on a few and they gave me some Turb to stop the Contractions and sent me home....they could have done that at the hospital across the street from our house...lol. So for the last few weeks I have been so exhausted, it's hard for me to do anything, I just want to lay on the couch because I have no energy...today I found out why. I got my glucose results back and that was fine but they found out from my other blood work that I'm anemic, I love it when I find out the reason I feel like crap! So they told me to start taking Iron everyday, I hope I don't get too constipated because that will just suck! Sorry if I'm rambling, just thought I would give an update.

I don't take anything, I have always been pretty regular. I will start the Iron tomorrow and make sure I up the water. Thanks for the info on the poop-friendly fruits...lol! I love this board! I love how we can talk about anything.

We were just talking about this on another thread, too. (Big surprise - pregnant women who are constipated! Like we aren't dealing with enough!) Berries are great, and apricots - apricot juice is as good as prune! Popcorn works tremendously well for me, so I try to have one of those mini microwave bags every few days.
You know, weirdest thing on earth, but when they had me start taking 4 slow FE every day i thought I would get constipated as well, but instead I've been more regular than I have been in years! I don't know if it is all the iron or the 4oz of OJ I take the pills with twice a day, but now I'm afraid to STOP taking it after the baby comes!
