Libby is crawling already? It seems like she can't possibly have grown so fast, but kudos to her for figuring it out so fast!

I'm with you on the skin and have been thinking about pani removal when I have the hernia repaired.

Cheer up about choosing the boat, when we go boating, the faster we go, the smoother my skin looks! So as long as we're moving, I look great LOL

BTW, every time I see your avatar picture, I seriously think ya'll look like models - beautiful!

Hugs,

Just keep counting the weeks until maternity leave and chant, "I will NOT allow my hormones to make me violent". Say it out loud and maybe they'll pay more attention to their work LOL

I think the home made easel is super sweet! Maybe I wouldn't if I still had raging PG hormones, but the sentiment is sincere! Besides, you can use it to paint a picture of what you really want next year LOL

My post is actually raves today:

My hubby didn't get me anything for Mothers Day (meaning he didn't suggest the kids make me a card), he forgets my birthday, and despite bedrest and RLS, he only rubbed my feet twice this last PG. But, he got up at 3am this week to take over with a screaming baby and me sobbing - without complaint, then worked 12 hours with only 4 hours of sleep only to come home and take over again. I may not be able to experience his love in tangible ways (like a huge rockin diamond ring), but crawling into his still-warm spot in the bed after he wiped my tear-stained face helps me feel how much he cares. Plus, he's been paying me compliments every day on my weight loss, haircut, etc. He is a great Dad even though his father wasn't/isn't. Despite the stresses of our life right now, I am sooo in love with him!

Thanks for starting this post, I needed it today!

Hugs,

Jo,

How touching about your husband. Sometimes men are not good with material things, but at least hubby is giving you sincere love and things you need right now :)

I hope he continues to be a good hubby and keep making you feel like the wonderful woman you are!

Ready for my vent, having this miscarriage is hurting like a MF (insert the proper profanity). I have a high pain tolerance and didn't want to take any pills as I normally don't for anything. Well, last night after crying, bent over, having contractions, and feeling like I was pushing something...I had to take two to go to sleep.

Now, I have to have a Rhogam shot as I am RH negative. Couldn't anything be easy for me while miscarrying? My RE wants me to go to the OB to get the Rhogam shot becuase they have it available and the RE doesn't because it is not extremely common for him to have to give one. Well, try telling dilgelbarry Receptionist at OB that I need an appointment...you have to talk to the nurse. Well, the nurse knows as the RE called them to tell them everything. Now, they are talking to the doctor and will call me back. Heck, I just need the darn shot today or Monday at the latest.

So, off I go to still try to get through this damn miscarriage that is dragging its ass out.

Sorry, I am not normally *****y but this SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hijack!
Traci,
I have been wondering how you are doing.  I don't know about the shot deal, but do remember my raging mood swings and hormones when I was going through my miscarriage.  It was horrible.  Hugs and hope you feel better soon or atleast somewhat better.

Hey girl,

Glad to see you post, I've been thinking about you. I felt like major crap after miscarriages, it just sucks! Are you doing anything to pamper yourself? A pedicure or haircut? Putting a new plant in the perennial garden? Anything that makes you feel good.

I hope you can get the shot without any more run around. I'm frustrated just reading what you've gone through. Although you've earned the right to be *****y if you need to!

Lots of hugs,

Jo

Me, fourth call to the OB office to find out what the deal is. This time I am sitting on hold for 8 minutes currently and counting the more I type. I just want the darn shot that I supposedly MUST HAVE. I work at a hospital, if they want me to check myself in, get the rhogam shot and discharge me, I would do it...geez!

I am at work. I worked yesterday and today. I just took Wednesday to regroup. I am going to relax this weekend. I am just going to veg out and try to get this miscarriage gone :)

Thanks Jo!
