OT-5 day pouch test
If anyone has any words of advice to help get through this, I would really appreciate it.
Also, if you have done this, how sucessful was it in resetting everything?
TIA

I will keep you posted. I think after the first 2 days things will get easier. I know that we can have as much as we want on our day that we are on, however, I don't know how much sf jello I am going to be able to eat in the next 2 days. :)
Thanks for the support. I HAVE to do this. I need to get out of the carb/sugar cycle. :)

I am really not doing the soups. I am drinking the slim fast low carb diet drink. It has 20 gr of protein per can, sugar free jello and pudding and lots of water. I did get some broth this AM and I didn't realize that it was sodium free and it tasted like crap!!! You can have as much as you want, however, I am trying to space things out as I think that it is mostly head hunger that I am fighting right now as my tummy isn't telling me that it is hungry. Just like right after I had surgery, the head hunger that I fought is similar to this as well. If I didn't have the slim fast to get me threw I don't know what I would do. That only has 190 cals and only 2 grams of carbs, which is what the diet wants you to use is low carb.
Let me know if you decide to do it. I will be here for you. :)
