Just a question. How long after conception does implantation occur?

Could be a range of days depending on when you implant. Mine was like 4-5 days or so.

 I have read 7 to 10 is normal but even as long as 12 days. I read it on Fertility Friend. They have great info on that site. You should check it out.

Well without thinking in the moment we had unprotected sex. I showed signs of ovulation that morning and well being the two fools we are. It was only a couple of days ago and I am not due for my period until the 14th, but I was just wondering how soon I could test before my period should start.

Implantation can happen as early as 3 days...usually up to 10...but sometimes even later. I would think if you were due on the 14th you could test with an early response test on the 11th...but that may not even show positive, depending on when you implant. Hope you get the results you are looking for. Shari

A lot of people get a positive around 10days post ovulation BUT it can take a while longer to get a positive so unless you are using cheap tests or have money to burn I'd wait until you expect your period. That being said, if you like peeing on stuff, the dollar store has tests :)

Implantation usually happens somewhere in the 4-8dpo range, but it can be earlier or later. You may or may not have symptoms. Most people don't or if they did they didn't realize it until after the fact. Good luck! I'm also in my two week wait, I expect AF by Saturday so I will test then if she hasn't shown up. I am 9 days post ovulation.

I used a FRER two days before AF was suppose to show and it was a BFN...two days later i took a dollar store test and BFP...so it took a while for mine to show positive...
