how many more calories a day?

are we supposed to get? I have a hard time getting my 1000-1200 of healthy food as it is so any suggestions would be appreciated. I do 4 protein drinks a day of 15 grams each, but I know I have got to get the food in even more now.

Most things say the baby uses an extra 300 calories a day.

I was told to up my cals til I stopped losing.

right now I'm ranging between 1300-1500 cals.

you also need more than 100 g of protein/carbs each day.  I'm keeping each above 110 as best I can.

My OB wanted me to get up to like 2200. But my Band nutritionist said if I could get up to 1800 of mostly good proteins I should be fine.

Higest/Now/Goal   290/220/180ish

1800 to 1900 in the first trimester, but then as baby grows there is more demand for calories and it should be somewhere around 2200 to 2400 in the second and third trimester.
