I wondered where you went! LOL! Congrats to you. I am heading out to the Lab to get some Bloodwork done. i typically have had to take progesterone to sustain my pregnancies. Oh I am so scared and just .... shocked.  everybaby is a blessing, but this is also a serious surprise.
I just feel SO overwhelmed.

A lot of women here have to take progesterone, but your labs should tell you all about that.

It is overwhelming at first... You have to tell us how DH takes it.

Yes you do need to switch to prenatals for the folic acid. Some DRs add a folic acid suppliment, but I haven't needed one.

DH is at work and HAS NO IDEA YET!
So I need to switch to the prenatals over my regular multi?

Some Dr's say you can just take your regular vit..make sure you take it twice a day, and add folic acid.  I also have to supplement my progesterone during pregnancy (daily injections)- thats no fun.  But like you said every baby is a blessing. SURPRISE & wishing you a healthy happy pregnancy!

Thanks Jen!  Got my results back tonight. I do need to suppliment my progesterone as suspected. You do shots? They recommended prometrium. I think it is oral. Will I digest that?

Stay on your vitamins and eat right.  Call your OB!
