Tomorrow is weigh day, interesting recipe, hips
Tomorrow is Monday. A perfect day to start eating right and exercising. Another great thing about tomorrow is that it is June 1st. Imagine being down 30 pounds by the end of summer. It will go by fast and you can have a summer of eating junk and feeling like crap or eating healthy and feeling great. It is your choice. I am not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow because I have had 2 great previous weigh ins. I find when I think I do great, I don't and when I think I am having a bad week I do great.
So my new omelette is so yummy I thought you would like to try it.
1 egg 70 calories
2 egg whites 32 calories
1 oz fat free feta 35 calories
1 slice turkey ham 30 calories
2 grape tomato's sliced up. Free
This omelette is HUGE and filling and only 167 calories. I think the protein is 28 grams.
Hips....I freaken bruised my bad hip again. I have huge hips and they stick out. I am really hoping it doesn't have an effect on my walking. Hopefully it heals sooner then the 3 weeks it took last time.
