Prenatal chewable vits and other concerns..

Has anybody been able to find chewable prenatal vitamins? I don't know if it's just nerves or what but i haven't been able to swallow pills larger then Tylenol as a post-op.
Also, before I found out I was pregnant I noticed that I had been feeling very very dizzy as I get up from a laying or sitting position. I feel a head rush and my sight goes as does my balance. I blamed it on the elevation here in CO since I'm not used to living here but when I found out I was pregnant I thought maybe the dizzies might somehow be related to the pregnancy and WLS? Maybe I need to make some diet changes?
I have lost all but 8lbs of my excess weight in these last 2 years but I've never completely abandoned carbs. I've always incorporated them in healthy amounts into my diet.
I don't get to see a doctor for another few weeks so I figured it would not hurt to ask here while I wait for my appointment date. In some ways I kind of trust the opinions of people here more then I do any doctors who have limited experience with RNY patients anyway.

I just picked up women's one a day prenatal pack. It's a multi with double the folic acid and a DHA/EPA gell cap .. I didn't see any chewables but i was able to swollow these OK.
SO, now this is my plan:
Morning
1 prenatal
1 DHA/EPA gell cap
2 B12 sub lingual
Evening
1 multi
2 calcium citrate
That gives me like 1200mcg of folic acid. I don't know if that's good enough but I was only takeing 2 multi vits a day before.
