what does let down feel like and can you let down and not leak?

I get this tingle feeling ... is that let down and how come I don't leak... does that mean I don't have as much milk as others?

No, it doesn't mean that at all. It's different for everyone. I also had that tingly feeling, but I didn't really leak once my supply got established. The baby had to start eating before the milk would actually come out (for me).

Thank you Stacey. I am back at work and trying to figure out my supply. After I pump I feel that tingle 10 min later and wondering if it is a second letdown and if I should try to pump more when I feel it. Just trying to keep up with Zachary so I don't have to supplament. so far so good.

Yes, that's definitely a second letdown. If you're able to pump again, I would. Take advantage while you can. I'm so happy that it's going so well for you so far! Keep it up :-)

the only way i knew i had "let down" was i had lots of milk to give. I didn't notice any other sign.

Everyone is so different. Even when I was producing too much milk, I never felt the letdown (a tingle once in a great while) and rarely leaked.
