Ok girlfriend, you have kicked butt. SOooo proud of you!!!!
I am starting today, aiming for 7-10 lbs in less than 2 m onths. I know that is gonna be pushing it but I am going to totally pu**** Im getting the tatas done around that time and want this extra weight off first. I am loaded up wth celery, carrots, cheese sticks and yogurt. Plus soup and oatmeal. I am aiming for under 1400 cal a day and at least 4-5 days of exercise a week. I have been maintaining at about 1800
I am 190 and goal is 180 by July 16th (my 40th bday!!!ugh) My ultimate goal is 174, which is my lowest ever. I maintained it for almost 4 years, until I moved in with hubby and got knocked up. I should be able to get back there!!!!!
