I like that you post, I will be joining you very soon. Could you give me some of your daily menu's again - those helped me as well. Your doing fantastic and are a true inspiration! I had done Herbalife in 06 and got really lean Body Fat % was 22 my bod was looking good LOL...but 2 protein shakes and one colorful meal a day doesn't really do it for me. I also drank a shake for breakfast everyday after my daughter was born which is pretty much how I lost all 70 pounds of baby weight, but I was starving. Any ideas are welcomed...and I use to love exercise but with two and working full time I just want to sit when I get home. I would love if I could work out at work, I have no motivation It would be good if I could talk myself into walking for my 1/2 hour lunch break.

If you look at my history, I posted everything I ate for 100 days, every day.

I couldn't really exercise until Riley turned one. I bought a Burley and push the kids in that but I prefer not to have them at all.

I do the Wii Fit too but it really isn't much of a workout unless I do the jog in place. You could walk for 15 minutes on your lunch hour and burn over 100 calories. Do that for 6 weeks, 5 days a week and it is over a pound lost without even dieting.

I am going to start weighing in with you.... I think i've had a bit of a "last supper syndrome" before my revision (which should be July/August) I've posted about it before- I never had a pouch apparently.... So I never lost adequately.

After Zachary was born I weighed 238....... Today I am 278....... Way too much!

My ultimate goal is 170....... and I hope with the revison I can make that- but like another poster said... It is more mental for me than anything... and it's hard trying to fix that.

So Weigh in today: 278

congratulations..wow..so cool.
I am in still doing OK.. not great but not bad.,.exercising when I can with a 2 yr old and a 12 week old.. but I am feeling good. Sunday was a great day cause everyone at church said how great I looked and even my husband was like wow..you look great..made me feel so good..so no reason why I cant get more weight off.I have not been journaling my food or posting from a lack of time and motivation..so i will get more dedicated..
I am so happy for you..I really have been inspired by you and when I am loosingg my motivation... there you are again with your post and I get re motivate.

Great work Jennifer...your hard work has and will continue to pay off. Thanks for taking us along for the ride...I need to stop piggybacking and do my own share..lol
I have started back to the gym for about 3 weeks now so this is a start. I do agree that a post of a pic is warranted.

I am OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Proud of you!  Small update on me...weight was 83 pounds on Tuesday...so now I am doing 18 hours a day of TPN until they can get me close to 100 pounds to try and do a total take down and see if that helps.  Please pray for me...I feel like I am dieing day by day losing weight.  Good news is...since starting TPN I am up to 88 pounds this morning.  Maybe this REALLY will work.

Ouch!  83 pounds?!?!  I think I weighed that in like first grade?  Maybe second?!  I seriously pray the drs can fix whatever went haywire w/your surgery and get you up to a healthy weight.  Keep doing the TPN (whatever that is...I assume it's a feeding tube thing?) and get that weight up.  Seems you have gone from one end of the spectrum to the other...literally.  Good luck.

Oh no Laura I am so sorry! You were doing so much better for awhile I thought for sure the revision worked. Maybe once you get up to 100 your body will start storing better and you won't lose it again. Are you able to eat by mouth also?

Thank you so much for always supporting me here. It really means a lot. I hope that you start to feel better soon!
