Airplane Travel with Infant

If he does great in the car seat and car your won't have a problem.  I flew with my son when he was six months old and it was a  2 1/2 hour flight and he did great.  I also took an evening flight so he slept the whole time.  I gave him his binky and a bottle before taking off so his ears wouldn't bother him.  I was also able to board first because of flying with an infant.  It was great because I had the first row which was more leg room.  It also took some time for me to get the base of the car seat buckled into the seat.  For some reason I had a difficult time with the seat buckle fitting into the base.  I had to have a flight attendant help me.  The flight attendant also gave my son his first wings.  They came over and asked me my son's name and gave me a card that the pilot signed with my son's name and a wing pin.  It was very cute.  I'm pretty sure all airline's do it.  Wishing you the best of luck.

Hugs,

Patty
