Friday Rants or Raves?
Happy Friday and Memorial Day Weekend!
Hugs going out to those with recent losses, prayers to those TTC and best wishes to the preggo mommies!
I'm raving today. I love my PCP! After the run-around from the high risk OB, I gave up and went to my PCP yesterday for the PPD. He looked at all the labs various drs have drawn and told me I'm severely anemic and have been since March! Duh - why didn't anyone tell me?! In addition, he's running a complete set of labs to rule out any other issues. I start another anti-depressant today and go back in 2 wks. Praying it helps, but just so happy to have the wonderful care of a skilled and personable Dr.
Can I rave once more? I'm down over 30 lbs since having Everett 2 wks ago and I'm at my lowest weight in over 15 years! I don't know what I should expect for a reasonable weekly loss (suggestions?), but I'm happy with anything I can lose at this point.

Just raving today - I LOVE MY DAUGHTER - she is just so precious all I feel like doing is holding, hugging and kissing her. But of course she is 13 months old and really wants to be left alone...LOL oh well she can deal with it mommy is emotional today

Congratulations on the 30 pounds!!!! The best thing about pregnancy after WLS is losing the weight after seems much easier. Well except for me who loses it and then gains weight nursing LOL.
My rant is my house. We have not been able to use one of our bathrooms because the plumbing on it started to run backwards. My husband will not fix it no matter how much I nag. I am going to hire a plumber when he is at work and just pay someone. I am tired of using one bathroom. OH and septic gas has come through the house and it is AWFUL. His nose is broken so he can't smell very well but I have a super blood hound type nose and I smell EVERYTHING.
Rave: Even though it was super hot here yesterday I still walked 34 minutes 2.27 miles and did 30 minutes of Wii Fit mostly jogging in place. I was afraid the hot weather would make me not do it.

So far so good for today! We went garage saling yesterday or as Sadie calls it Sale Garage! We found some awesome deals. Sadie loves CareBears and Strawberry Shortcake...we found her a Carebear halloween costume to play dress up with and strawberry shortcake bedding and valances. OH she is a happy girl. We also found a HUGE Mega blocks princess castle. OMG what a find. We were all very happy we went out. Tonight is a bbq and concert at church so no cooking dinner Yayyyyyyyyyy! On top of it all it's beautiful outside and it's a long weekend!
Today's Rave: Thank goodness it's a long weekend. I don't have to worry or think about anything important until Tuesday! Our friends are coming down and we are all haning around the backyard cooking out all weekend watching the kids play in the yard. YAY for Memorial Day Weekend!
Today's Rant: Skyler is going on her 3rd day of screaming, crying, teething, fit throwing, not sleeping much or eating much! I'm about at my wits end! At this rate the weekend looks like ****! I just want to crawl under a rock and sleep until she has a full mouth of teeth! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
