Making Infant Food
I make the twins food. We didn't start feeding them until they were 6 months old (personal choice because I have terrible allergies) I started slow and the first foods I fed them, aside from the cereal/oatmeal, were veggies. Then we moved to fruit.
They got the standards, avocado, green beans, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, etc. Then we moved on to the bananas, peaches, pears, apples, prunes (uh don't do those unless Nathan needs to take a poop)
I buy everything organic because there is an organic market in town and again, personal choice. I think next week I'm going to start them on chicken and maybe some pasta.
I bought a steamer and that's how I prep the majority of their food. Then I puree it in the food processor. I bought these cubes called baby cubes and that is what I store the food in. Each cube holds 2 ounces.
