I took it and LOVED it. I could kiss the people who invented it. it can cause a little constipation, but that is better than the nausea any day!

It is an amazing drug. I am still taking it everyday. Watch out for side effects like dehydration, constipation, and sometimes headaches.

Here's to not dying from vomit everyday!

Zofran is safe...but make sure you are staying hydrated and taking a stool softener(not a laxative) daily. Zofran has a habit of blocking you up, which will just make it worse.

I am starting with it tomorrow...My sister took it and she got majorly constipated so I am going to make sure to stay up with my fiber and water (if i can make myself drink it...)

I hope it works!!

I had all-day ms (hyperemesis actually) and took Zofran and Phenegran my entire PG. Angie is right, you definitely want to keep yourself VERY well hydrated and try to increase your fiber.

I hope it brings you relief soon!

Zofran is absolutely safe in pregnancy.  Most doctors find that Zofran (for most people) works better than the other ones such as compazine and tigan, but again, everyone is different with medications.

Feel better!
