Day 99 my last accountability!!!!!!!
Those of you who have been following this know that I only weigh on Monday's but tomorrow is my day 100. Since one day isn't going to make much of a difference I have decided to post my final day tonight and my statistics.
My starting weight on 2/9 was a hair under 240.
My weight as of this morning 14 weeks later is 201.5.
I have walked over 122 miles.
Starting walk speed 16:38 minute miles.
Todays walk speed 14:28 minute miles.
56 hours completed on the Wii Fit.
Starting BMI was 40. something
BMI today 34.40
Breakfast was 1 egg, 2 white omelette with ham, tomato and FF cheese. I decided to add the ham back in since I now use the FF cheese and save 35 more calories.
Lunch was a chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and dijon. Better then Arbys and so much better for our bodies!
Dinner was leftover porkribs. I originally cooked them in the crock pot and then grilled them so most of the fat was gone from them. I also had a Fiber One yogurt.
1.5 Fiber One pastry
Calories 1008, Carbs 96, Protein 69.
I am going to have a half a sandwich and another yogurt in a few minutes which will add another 150.
Thank you all for taking part in accountability. I had a great time getting to know you and doing this for the last 100 days. If someone else posts it I will be sure to add my day in and update about my weight loss. I am so happy that after years of dieting, surgery, pregnancy, I finally have learned how to eat and finally started exercising.

Jennifer, CONGRATULATIONS !!! YOUR MADE IT!!! I am so very proud of you, and what GREAT success!!!
As of yesterday, I weighed 86 pounds at the doctors office...going in the wrong direction and PISSED OFF at my surgeon. He feels there is nothing more we can do surgically regarding this...I think uh duh...why not a COMPLETE REVERSAL??? So, at this point in time...I am looking for a new surgeon. So, my strugle continues. I hope that you continue on your journey...work your tool...and eventual reach your goal. Please do not be a stranger...I so love hearing from you!
Always,
Laura

I truly am inspired by you - and like I mentioned on FB... need a little bit of your motivation & determination. Hopefully after my trip to VT this weekend, I will be ready to get my fat ass in gear and get rid of this baby weight + a few extra I gained before I got pregnant! It pains me to know that I have an ENTIRE 6x8 walk in closet of clothes I can't fit into!!! I actually think I might post to the accountability thread if it continues!!!
You have done a great job and I am very proud of you!!!
Hugs,
Erika

You've done a great job, Jen! Thanks for sharing your 100 days and getting me going again. Today was Day 5 of my 50 days (I think - lol). When I started this, my weight was about 164. This evening, it was 163. I am hoping to be at 155 by July 3rd, when I see Joe again. That's my short term goal anyway.
I had 1705 calories today and jumped on the mini trampoline for 30 minutes (lame, I know), but it was the most I could get myself to do. I put off exercising for so long today, that was all I could muster. Hoping to get a walk in tomorrow with Charlotte.

You have done most fabulous....congrats on your weight loss! It is hard to lose weight and you have done a great job especially with your little ones and yourself being sick. I commend on your terrific effort and accountability. Keep up the good work, and don't give up - you can do anything you put your mind to. (Now I have to remember that advice when I start in August)
Fantastic job. I love how you broke it down to how many miles you walked, how many hours on the Wii, how your speed has increased...it really helps bring it home how much you've done for yourself...and that's not even getting to the38+ pounds you're no longer toting around.
