Sunday Accountability
Skipped breakfast and headed straight to Meijer this morning.
Ate the chicken out of a MCD snack wrap and about 1/3 of the wrap.
Dinner was 4 oz of country rib, no fat eaten and a corn on the cob with ICBINB spray.

Calories 1256, Carbs 136, 51 protein. I know these values are wrong. I had a hard time finding chicken salad on dailyplate that gave the values of the stuff I ate. Mine was mostly chicken and vegetables.
Tomorrow is weigh in but Tuesday is my 100 day weigh in so I might just wait until Tuesday. I am not holding out much hope for a big loss this week because I was so sick all week and missed 2 days of exercise.
Yesterday was Day 4 for me. I had 1755 calories, and I did 31 minutes on the Wii Fit. Charlotte and I went walking earlier in the day. I didn't really keep track of time or how far we went, but I'd say it was about 20 minutes total. It's not nearly where I'd like to be in terms of exercise, but it's better than what I had been doing - NOTHING!
I had noticed that a house that was for sale very near my parents' house was having an open house yesterday afternoon, so when out walking, I stopped in. I may have found the perfect house for us! The only problem is... we can't buy for another year when Joe returns home. I'm crossing my fingers that it is still on the market this time next year and that the price has been reduced by at least $10,000.00! A girl can dream, but hey, stranger things have happened. I just envision Charlotte skipping over to Grandma's house to bake cookies or something - lol.
