We had our first ultrasound on Friday

We had our first ultrasound on Friday afternoon and everything is going perfectly! We saw the fast little heart beat. That was amazing!! We got our official due date - Christmas! My mother in law took me shopping this weekend for baby stuff. That was fun! It definitely made me want to find out the sex of the baby tho!!! We were on the fence but now I just have to find out! It will make shopping so much more fun! I don't like yellow and green!

Congrats! I am glad everything is going great. I have my first ultrasound tomorrow at 4pm. I just can't wait to see the heartbeat and that everything is ok. My RE does the first ultrasound and then sends you off to the OB.

We are on the fence about finding out the sex of the baby too...just can't decide...

 Awww, Ashlie that's AWESOME!!!! I thought I was at least 8 but when I went for my u/s they said I was only 6. Congrats!! Seeing the heart beat is AWESOME!! Congrats!!! Yah the whole green/yellow things suck huh??? Keep us posted on your baby!!!

Glad to hear that your u/s went well. I haven't done any shopping yet for that exact reason. I think it will be much easier knowing the sex of my LO. I have gotten to see the heartbeat on u/s and hope I get to hear it by doppler next week!
