Why in the hell is he taking YOUR paycheck and putting it into an account that doesn't have YOUR name on it? That would be stopping, like today. Especially since he doesn't seem to want to step up to the plate for this little one.

I would tell him that he is NEVER going to have to worry about it again because his chances of gettin some are slim to none! lol
