OMG Amy they are adorable!!!! Isn't it crazy how fast time flies by?? Are those plaid overalls Janie and Jack??? Love that store! How are you doing? Are you starting to get excited for the arrival of the new baby?
Yes, his overalls are from Janie and Jack, as are his sweater vest and long sleeved blue shirt. Erin's silk top and her onesie are also from J & J. I think most of the rest is Baby Gap, Lucky Jeans and this little boutique around the corner. I LOVE shopping for clothes for them and they have a TON!

About the swimming, it was sort of just something natural. When we've taken them away on trips, we've taken them in the pool with us starting at about 3 months. When we really noticed their real love for water was in Mexico, where we spent almost all of our time in the pool. I joined the YMCA when we got back and got them into infant swim class. It's not really "lessons", it's more so for water safety and fears that young children might have to water. The pool water is very warm and the teacher is awesome. We are going to get them small-group swim lessons this summer because we think they are ready. I'm not sure what a family membership costs in your neck of the woods, but it's pretty reasonable here and includes a lot of things for toddlers and infants.
I hope that helps. If you've got more questions, please let me know.

Completely off topic, what kind of camera do you have? The pictures seem to be sooooo much better than what I take - and I have a fairly higher end Nikon

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
