I have had PCOS for my entire adult life

I just found this board...and am very thrilled to have found it. I have been diagnosed since about age 18 when my periods were never normal...I was slightly over weight but very active and from then til now i put on about 100 lb and never got my period unless medication forced it. Now here i am 85 lb down 5 months post of and having a regular period. I feel wonderful and its only getting better.
