Blocked Fallopian tubes and PCOS....

Has anyone had this problem? I am having surgery on Tuesday January 13th to try and unblock them, but I would like to find out some success stories.

yes, that is how I ended up with twins. apparently it was blocked by a cyst and when it burst the eggs that were held back all came out. three eggs fertilized, only two formed. I did not have surgery for it, sorry to hijack.
