Spironolactone

Hi , has anyone had problem with spironolactone and ulcers. Prior to surgery was on 200mg worked wonders. Now Dr told me to stop it cuz it dropped my blood pressure. Ok so I started it again only 50mg not seeingany results. My acne and oily scalp and face is out of control. So, the Dr is doing a test to see if I have an ulcer. Because of my symptoms. Can Spiro cause ulcers, has anyone had any problems with this meds. Had the Rny on nov 12 12.
