Stalls with PCOS!! Darn, what do I do?
I have been stalled at the same level for two weeks now...I just started my 4th month, and an having no progress. I religiously tract my calorie intake and exercis....my clothes feels better, but the scale won't budge...I am getting between 1000 to 1200 calories per day, with 60-90 gms of protein. I did have the flu for 10 days during this period.. What should I do? Eat less? Eat more? I workout 3 times a week with a us masters swim program, swimming 3000 yards per work out...do I work out less? More? Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks! happy New Year!
As tempting as it is, be careful about blaming stalls on PCOS.
What are your program guidelines for this stage of your journey?
Mine are 60-65g protein (women under 5-4, 70-75g for taller women), with calories at 850-900. Workouts 5-6 days a week for 45-60 minutes a day.
What's your water intake? Minimum 64oz, shoot for 80.
Change up any one of these, and you should see some movement.
