4 years post op nausea ?!?!?!

hello,

I am 4 years post op and pcos well i havet take meds for it since the surgery. aug 13 2008. i have been having nausea alot lately... could it be pcos returning ? has anyone else gone through this? any ideas. I was laying down last night and wa**** with this wave of nausea to toss my cookies . im not prego cyle ended on tuesday this week. help? thoughts suggestios?

Weight: initial-320, , surgery- 291.2 now -205 had baby july 1, 2011 Regained to 242 (due to unemployment) t goal weight _ what ever it ends at.
