Hey everyone! Well, I attended my first OB appointment on July 28th and to my dismay they only did bloodwork and tried to hear a heart beat with the doppler, but I wasn't far enough along. So, at 10:40 this morning I'm scheduled for my Vaginal ultrasound and my annual exam. I'm none to thrilled about the exam part and unfortunately I've come down with a mild yeast infections o I'm afraid of this discomfort, but I am all in all very excited. I'm nervous, anxious and just plain stressed all in one day!! My mother in law is in town from Texas and she will be going with me. :) Hopefully, I will have some kind of answers when I leave. I have felt like every since I got a positive pregnancy test I've been in the dark. I asked a million and one questions at the first appointment, but the dr assured me that no ovarian cyst was going to give the positive result they got on my urine test. She told me only a hundred time- "hun, you're pregnant!" I'm still yet to believe it and can't wait for more information today. An estimated due date would be nice!

Well, to all of you out there who are ttc...much baby dust your way! God works in ways we can't understand and I may have gotten a once in a lifetime shot myself, so never give up hope or loose the faith!!

Hugs

Thank you girlie! Hang in there and keep your head up...lots of baby dust coming your way!! I was in total shock when I found out and it's still setting in, so never give up hope. It took me years and thankfully I didn't end up going the fertility drug route, but that was what I was told was my only option and now here I sit 10 weeks pregnant with my miracle baby. God works in mysterious ways!

Best of luck!

I just wanted to say that I'm so happy for you!!! The night before last I was at my friends birth with my husband,  her husband, and family, and I got to watch the miracle of her baby girl Maiylee being born. Babies are God's biggest miracle! I've never seen a birth from that side of the table!

I'm totally excited for you!!

Thank you so much! I am so excited too! I've finally allowed myself to start looking at baby stuff and I get butterflies just thinking about what is to come. I wish I was feeling a little more pregnant, but I know in time this will come too. I am like a yo-yo on the scale between 185 and 189. Yesterday I was 188 and I swear I ate everything in site...today I'm 187 and don't even feel like looking at food lol! It's such a wonderful experience and having the sheer joy of knowing I'm going to have my own precious baby to love is absoloutely incredible. Thank you again!

Continue to exercise and eat healthy, but give in to those cravings even if they're little bits and you will have a healthy baby in your hands before you know it. It seems like pg does drag out but 10 months is a long time, but enjoy all those movements you feel inside and talk his/her ear off (it makes a difference for after they're born!). Start posting ultrasounds as you get them!!
