4 months of periods and now they have stopped again

So, I started my period 2 days before surgery and have had it every 28 days since until this month.  I didn't get the sore boobs and the PMS and the period just never showed up this month.  Is that normal for PCOS after surgery? I am down 80 lbs and I thought the weight loss was helping to get this under control.  Just curious if this has happened to anyone else.  Thanks.

My first thought would be...pregnant? I would check and make sure. Liz

Took 3 tests, all negative.  Too early for that yet.  We use condoms and avoid sex around the time I would ovulate.
