i am 2 1/2 yrs out and have lost a total of 78lbs. real slow loser here. it does have to do with PCOS I just got a job as a mail man (or woman lol) and do nothing but walking routes. i have been working for 6 weeks and have lost 16lbs.  eating a lot less and walking all day.  with PCOS you have to do ton's more work then regular people.  It took me 2 yrs to figure that out but i did.  move more eat a lot less. thats all we can do.

yes I work at at a job where I'm on my feet most of the movin around so that helps but I also decided to stop drinkin  the protein shakes I was intaking once I did the scale started moving again. I want to find a protein shake that doesn't have so many calories but for now I'm just gonna get my protein intake in its natural form. Thanks for the input I seem to get more advice and help on here than from my own doctor

i was drinking the protein shake as my lunch. so i would eat breakfast and a shake for lunch and then dinner.
