Mad.
Since my surgery 2/24/09, my periods have been like clock-work. It's been coming between the 5th and the 10th of every month, and this started the month after my surgery.
Well, all of a sudden at almost 11 months out, my period is late.
I'm not pregnant - the DH made me take a pregnancy test yesterday, and the chances of me getting pregnant since my last cyst took most of my left ovary is slim to none.
I hope I'm not doing something wrong here as far as my diet and exercise goes.
I hate this. After having horrible periods since I was 9, I was hoping they'd finally regulated themselves.

Proud mama of Mischa and Gabriel, both born post-op.
Jackie -
I would take a late period any day of the week! Mine was absent for 11 months until the month before surgery - and then it reappeared - and now it's every 15 to 18 days and (probably a combination of the Coumadin and the hormones) it's the worst! For 3 to 4 days I have to get up in the middle of the night for maintenance!! I'm convinced that our hormones hate us ... I'm sure the hormones balanceing themselves is why it showed up again (after the first 70 pounds), but Dear Lord ... I wi**** would settle out at some point. I don't get moody - but i DO get severe migraines for 2 to 5 days EVERY time. :o(
Hang in there - this too shall pass!
