Period after MC, PCOS positive.

Hello ladies, I got pregnant June. I got a normal period cd 33, 5 days late.On June 16th.  I then bled for 11 days, on the 11th day July 27th, I went to the ER and was told I was in the process of having a mc. I continued to bleed for another 5 days. I'm now on cd day 42 sense I got my period on July 16th. So I'm currently sitting at 12 days late from the normal. I'm really not sure what to expect, or when I should test again. My mc was completely natural, no d&c or anything. What does everyone think?

I really don't want to waste my money on a pregnancy test if I don't have to, and even at that last time I was 3 days late and tested I got a negative. So I'm not trusting the tests right now.
