I haven't yet, but I'm planning to.  Most dr.s recommend that you wait until goal but they don't have any problem with it.  You might get more of a response if you visit the CSG forum.  they are all very helpful and there have been some people over there that have achieved pregnancy post op.

I had the sleeve done in September and I dont regret it. My cyles are still a bit off, but I am hoping with the more weight I lose, the more in sync they become. I find it best to try and avoid carbs as much as possible, but partly because they dont sit well with me. Some who have the sleeve have not had that problem, but eat carbs in moderation and are still successful in their weight loss.

I think that each surgery is a great option and you just have to go with what makes you feel the most comfortable. I didnt want my intestines rerouted and I wasnt keen on the band. So the sleeve made sense for me. Honestly I wasnt looking at it from a PCOS stand point. I was looking at it from being 200 lbs overweight, having IR and high blood pressure. I have quit taking my blood pressure meds and my glucophage. We will see how my blood work is at my 3 month check up next week. My blood pressure has been great.

and had the Sleeve done in July. Almost 4 months out and I've lost about 70 lbs. I'm off my med and feeling great. The only thing it didn't help with is the extra damn facial hair. Thank God for Laser.

Just had a sleeve last week, so I don't have any long term results. Was successfull with loosing 30# preop and my doc has me off the Avandia. Pretty sure I will not be making too much insulin, at least in the first weeks after surgery.

Dang, I was hoping wt loss would help with the beard!!!!
