Hey fellow PCOS'ers! I am happy to tell ya all that I had my surgery (RN&Y) and had a peroid! Im not kidding you it has been years since I have had a peroid without provera. I started on post op day 4, almost couldnt believe it. There has got to be hope for us all! Pray that next month is the same...

Thats great!  Don't be too surprised if your cycles are a little funky at first.  Due to the weight loss & estrogen release cycles can be a little screwy for a bit but after some months should straighten out.  GL & Congrats!

Not that you totally want to know, but the same thing happened to me 3 days out. And I am SO used to not having periods, that I at first thought I was having a post-op complication! It took me a few minutes to realize that I was doing something ... gasp ..... normal! Also, I have been having them at about 30 day intervals since then. Very weird! But it sure is a welcome change.
