Miscarraige...
I have PCOS...and didn't have a period, nor did I ovulate for about 4 years straight. Had gastric bypass surgery, lost 230 lbs in a year...(yeah, I know CRAZY, huh?)...but, am feeling awesome! For the last 9-10 months I have ovulated and had a normal, completely on time cycle...and feel totally blessed about that. My hubby and I tried for only two months to get prego (without any fertility help...), and it happened right away. AWESOME!!!! However, we miscarried only 6.5 weeks into the pregnancy. I know this happens to a lot of PCOS ladies, but do any of you have similar stories? Misery loves company...esp. when the company has some happy endings. It's been 28 days since my miscarriage, and my body is totally back on schedule. Any other PCOS ladies that have totally normal cycles...easily get pregnant...but have miscarried? Got any advice for me for the next pregnancy? Just wanting to hear from ya.... Do I have hope of NOT miscarrying? Doc is going to put me on progesterone as soon as I am prego again. I'm not on Metformin as he truly doesn't believe I need it.
What a RIIIIIIIIIIIDE!!!!!

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry to hear you miscarried. I can't imagine how hard it must be. I do know of lots of ladies with PCOS who miscarry and then go on to have healthy pregnancies. Did they test your progesterone levels? Is that why you miscarried? Anyway I wish you the best of luck next time you ttc and get pregnant.
BTW - Have you checked out www.soulcysters.com ? It's an informational/support website for women with PCOS ran by a woman with PCOS. There is a 'mommy' group of threads that cover everything from ttc, pregnancy, adoption, mommy & I think miscarriage too. It might be worth checking out.
Good luck!
Sorry to hear about your m/c. I too have PCOS and suffered 2 m/c. I know no words can take away the pain. Ask you doctor about putting you on some type of progestrine support next time you are ttc. Us pcoser have difficulty with this hormone. If your doctor does not want to do this please see a Reproductive ednocrinologist. If your want to talk I am here for you. Hang in there.

Good luck to you and knowing what's wrong is so much better than wondering over and over again. God will Bless you with a baby at the right time.
