Is anyone out there still taking metformin after RNY?

I stopped taking it after my VSG, didn't need it anymore.

I've not needed it but my friend Leigha does continue to take it and she's around 3 years post op RNY.

No, I was taken off metformin the day of surgery and haven't been back on it since!!



201 pounds lost since surgery!! And I'm 2 1/2 inches taller too!!

And YES I still eat Carbs and Fats but I know what portion control is!!
