I had gastric bypass on June 23.  I lost 20 lbs the first week, but nothing since then.  I am following the diet and drinking the water, getting the protein and walking.  Will the weight loss kick in again soon?

your body thinks it's starving. ever heard of the krispy cream diet? or something like that *lol* basically, whenever you stall...grab some sugar...or intense carb. totally against the rules, but as soon as your body has something it loves to hold on to, it will kick start back into losing and kitosis will ballance out. seems like the wrong answer, but plan to eat something you know you can handle, and that you won't crave too badly later, and go for it!!

I have PCOS and I am 4 months post op and down over 90 lbs.    It WILL COME OFF!  Have faith and patience.  i  went through a stall and it freaked me out!  Read my blog and you'll see!
That is something I recommend though.  Blog reading has helped me see what is and is not normal for post opers.  Plus it is  great way to realize that you are not alone in this.  Good luck Lady!
