The new love of my life!

I live my life guided by logic .. don't tell me what to do, tell me WHY to do it!
For most of us no. I had a total of 114lb to loose and lost 100lb in 6 months. Remember too that the further post op you are the harder it gets to loose weight because your body learns to adjust to your new plumbing. I know that loosing weight at 1 year post op was easier than was when I was trying to loose the last of my last pregnancy weight at 3-3.5 years out.
BTW - PCOS is genetic...you'll always have it (I saw your post further down the screen). It'll be in control due to weight, diet & exercise but you'll always have it. I'm symptom free too now. My labs are perfect & I'm cyst free...but I still have PCOS....
Good luck loosing the rest of your weight!
