I was right there with ya girl.  I carried all of my weight in the belly area and looked pregnant.  It will go away...how quickly depends on which procedure you have and how much weight loss you have.  One thing to keep in mind though...is that where there is excess weight...there can be excess skin.  I have all of my excess skin in my abdominal area because that's where I carried my weight.

You can look at my pictures...  there is a before picture and my tummy was really big.  Then after losing all the weight, it was still pretty big, but it hung down low... so it tucked nicely into my pants... . I did have plastic surgery and in my plastic surgery folder, there are befores/afters. It will go down but chances are you will need some plastics done if you were overweight a long time ad the skin stretched out a lot.

well it is true that pcos does make the fat sit more around the abdomin.... My doctor is also a natropath and have placed me on magnesium...and that has helped me to loose in this area..also in others that I have seen who is taking it for a long period of time..anyway if you want more information on the other things she has put me on ..let me on..because they ahve helped.. im taking these things along with metformin.
