Did anyone experience a stall early out? I had surgery 4/10 and lost 22lbs by 4/21 and haven't lost since. Is this normal for PCOS? By the way I had RNY.

Stalls can happen that early out.  Remember that from time to time you're body is going to need some time to readjust.  Have you taken measurements?  If not...how are your clothes fitting?  Chances are that if the scale isn't moving the inches are.  How is your protein/water intake & exercise level?  Those are also critical.   Don't give up.  Stalls are normal...trust me...you are NOT done loosing weight.

I JUST got through my first stall.  It lasted two weeks and then boom 5 lbs fell off in 2 days.  Just keep on keeping on and be patient with your body!  It is in major shock.
