Pregnancy after surgery??

So, I have PCOS. I have lost 211 pounds and am now at 185 AND FEELING GREAT!!! I have had a regular period for the last 6 months in a row, and I am ovulating!! horray! My question is... I'd like to hear from people who have PCOS...had surgery...then have gotten pregnant. Was it easy after the weight loss to get prego? The hubby and I are trying....this was the first month we "tried".

Current Weight/ 13 Months Out: 170 lbs
Total Weight Loss: 226 lbs (36 pre-op...190 post-op)
Weight Left to Lose: 10-20 lbs
Goal Weight: 125 lbs (after skin surgery is done...)

I've gotten pregnant 2x since surgery. Both times were the 1st month trying! I too have PCOS and had just about given up on ever being a mom...but then WLS happened and walla! I'm a mom! My DD is 21 months old and #2 is due 12/22/08! Good luck!
