A Hello, and a question!

Hi all, I am new to this board.  I usually hang out on the VSG board, but a nurse at my surgeon's office told me about this board (thanks Stephanie!).  I didn't even know about this board, and I am so glad that it is here! I am currently in the process of getting WLS (which one I don't know yet, depends on my insurance!)  Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else get excrutiating lower back pain?  This started a few days ago and seems to be immune to Ibuprofen, which is what I usually use for my cramps during my period.  I think it may be related to my period, because I am spotting, even while taking BC pills.  I won't be able to get to the do****il Monday, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and has any advice?
