VSG and birth control pills

i had the vertical sleeve in October..i have lost nearly 80 lbs..thrilled with that..i have pcos and took femara and had an IUI three years ago to conceive my son...we want to have another but i plan to wait until i am 12-18 months out to start trying again..so i have been on the pill..i was taking it in the morning but read something about it washing through your stomach with all of the daily fluids so i have been taking it at night more recently. the thing is, like most PCOSers, i dont  have a regular period without the pill so for the last few months it  has been like clockwork..starting on the sunday or monday when i finish up my active pills...this month though is weird..i started spotted right at the end of taking my active pills...then stopped spotting (right at the moment when i should have really started flow)..and now nothing, nothing when i should be on my period..i know i will probably start any moment but i cant help but think "maybe i could be pregnant because of all of the weight loss"..i hate my brain sometimes you know...so hard this rollercoaster of infertilty and PCOS..thank GOd for WLS! just wanted to share and see if anyone has any comments re: BC....
