PCOS and TTC?

Anyone out there have PCOS and currently TTC? I am. I took Clomid CD 3-7 and am currently trying to get a positive ovulation test. I am CD 15 today and no LH surge noticed using the kit yet.

Hello i have pcos and also ttc. i noticed that i ovulated and had a very light period but then i started using ovulation kit and i never got a LH surge then i was reading the paper that comes with the test and it says that people with pcos should not use this test  so i am very confused because i didnot have as much mucus or discharge like last month  but i still had the ovulation pain and back pain so i am just waiting to see if i will get a positive for a change or will i get the same neg and i wish for you to have the biggest LH surge imaginable good luck

have you seen a LH surge yet? i stopped testing on CD 17. i will go in for a progesterone level on Wednesday to confirm ovulation or not...

I never did get +OPKs...I ended up charting my BBT to know when I was ovulating.  I bought a basal body thermometer and tracked my daily temps at www.fertilityfriend.com .  Good luck! Kristy

I give up i am so tired of ttc I started to ovulate then i stopped  i feel like such a defective wife to my husband. I dont know why I have breasts if i have no child to nurse and i dont know why i have a uterus and ovaries if they dont work im sorry if i am sad but only you guys can know what i feel. and i just dont understand  why the wrong people have children i have several ex- friends that dont know what their children are worth i am so sick of just being me and my husband i dont know how to deal with this frustration before food was my confort and now i cant even eat if i tried when i am so upset please pray for me

Hello. I know exactly how you feel. I have been there and felt the same way for 5 years now. My husband and I have been together for 12 years. I am 2 months post op from the lap band. I am looking forward to losing weight so that I will become fertile.  I know it is hard sometimes but try and stay positive. It does feel better to vent and get it all out sometimes. I am sure you have heard this before but, feeling stressed and negative about it is just going to hinder your chances. I will keep you in my prayers. I too am currently ttc... hey kristy whats up!! lol.. anyways.. I did a round of 100mg of clomid last cycle and didnt ovulate and now I am on 150mg of clomid 500mg of Met and baby asprin. I have two more days of clomid. Im not hopefull though! I never responded to clomid in the past and now that ive lost the weight and the doc was thinking it would help the clomid to work but alas I dont feel the same! I am seeing the RE at the end of the month! did you ever get your progesterone report?
