Glucophage-Hunger Suppressant?

I Have found recently that Glucophage really helps contol my hunger. Well actually what it is, I am a lot more hungry when I forget to take it. Has anyone else found this? I have also found that there is a Very Big difference between Glucophage and Metformin. Metformin Did Not suppress any of my PCOS symptoms, anyone else find this to be true? Be Well My Cysters

I'm on Metformin and it does help me not crave carbs, and other foods. I am taking it for that reason mainly and insulin resistance from the PCOS. I haven't noticed a difference in the generic versus brand name, but just because I haven't noticed doesn't mean there isn't a difference. I've noticed despite what the drug companies say there is a difference in a lot of generic versus name brand meds..
