If you've had WLS , did your symptoms improve as you lost weight??  I keep praying as I lose weight that maybe I 'll get a period (never would have thought I'd be saying that!!). Even with the progesterone, I barely get a period. The thought that my fertility won't improve with my weight loss is just killing me.  Thanks!

Oh, nevermind. I just needed to go back a little bit. I saw the PCOS Pregnancy and WLS surgery thread, among others. Read bunches and thanks everyone for sharing!

Ok...I was just going to post and tell you that mine got better and that like you I never had cycles even with progesterone...but once the weight was gone I had regular cycles & got pregnant our first month trying. Good luck! Kristy

I am thrilled to say my period started Friday. A real period. Not a provera pill period! Thank God! Granted, it doesn't mean I'm ovulating, but it's a step in the right direction.
