Clomid ???

Does any one know if Medicare covers for Clomid. I am going to see my obgyn soon and ask for clomid since this baby making natually isnt working.. thanks... anita

I'm not sure, but if you call your pharmacy they can check it against the approved drug listing they have and let you know before you get a Rx for it. Kristy

Hi Anita, I just wanted to share with you what I tried. It is called Femara and has WAY less side affects then the clomid, and I hear it is a higher success rate. It is actually a breast cancer drug but are now letting women use t as a fertility drug! She Knows Messsage Board has a Great support page for Femara! Good luck!!

I don't believe any insurance covers fertility drugs. I have been on the clomid therapy 3 times with no results besides crazy mood swings. I also had a bilateral Ovarian wedge resection, that didnt work either. Good luck Mahalo Shannon
