What came first PCOS or weight gain?
I know that the hormone imbalances at the beginning cause a decrease in you metablolism therefore causing you to gain weight easier and faster. The extra weight gain in turn causes your hormones to become more imbalanced therefore making your PCOS worse. So PCOS changes your body so that you gain weight....and in turn the weight gain causes a worsening of PCOS.
