Dr Michaels is wonderful , he worked with me. He might even be able to recommend someone on the west coast for the body work if you don't/cant travel. I am lucky, I live 2 hrs from him.

As for the face, I suggest using a Bd Cert Facial and Reconstructive Sug. They only work on the face. A reg Bd Cert Plastic Surgeon is doing your face one day and someone else's Brazilian Butt lift the next.

My recovery from WLS was smooth and swift, and I would never expect recovery from plastic surgery to be as easy, with the possible exception of a BL. In fact, I anticipate recovery from a LBL and from a thigh lift to be quite brutal. Thank you for the suggestion to take a photo first, that may help me to prioritize. Thanks!

I suggest to take a photo of your naked body (no head) and examine to see what bothers you the most. Do it first. You might decide to only have one PS - recoveries are longer and more difficult than WLS.

I'm a little over four months out. I still notice swelling, but it's not nearly as bad as it was the first couple of months. I don't wear my compression garments 24 hrs a day anymore (or more like 22-23 hours a day), but I still wear them maybe 12 or so hours a day. Not sure I need to, though...

That sounds amazing! What a wonderful result! Crossing my fingers that such a result will be possible for me without implants as well. I'd rather not get them, but something drastic definitely needs to be done to improve the current state of affairs. Sigh. I used to have such a nice bust, too!

I was told that initially swelling decreases fairly quickly, so you'll see something like 80% of it gone in the first 4-6 weeks. But that last 20% takes FOREVER.
