6 weeks post op update:
Just went for my first run! Felt good, just did 1.5 miles, slow speed.
Early this week, basically overnight, I felt normal again. WOO. I do have swelling at the end of the day but it's not really visible to anyone but me. No more pressure/pulling sensations. Wound looks great, tiny... red/pink for now but will get better. Standing up straight and sucking in abs all day, every day, which feels GREAT.
The compliments are rolling in constantly, which is not something I expected for some reason. It's weird but nice. Not loving the cat calls, but we all have to deal with that no matter who we are or what we look like! I think the fuller butt is creating more interest? It's so out of my norm, I don't even believe they're talking to me most of the time.
I also started Morpheus8 treatments for the neck and chin and will have my second of three in a couple weeks... OUCHIE. No results visible yet... we shall see.

Hi, there!
Just wondering if you found anyone in Austin.
I had 3 consultations with plastic surgeons in Austin and ended up having a fleur-de-lis belt lipectomy on July 19th.
(I had also considered LoMonaco in Houston years ago - even got his book - but it's just too far to go for major surgery, in my opinion. Plus, if you factor in Austin traffic these days, he might as well be in Florida.)
That is AMAZING! Congratulations to you for being able to have it done!! Will you post your pics on Sauceda's OH forum? I would love to see the results - he is one of the doctors that I am considering.
What r gummy bear implants lol?
Hi, are folks still happy with Dr. Sauceda plastic surgery results? I'm thinking sometime in 2020 as I'm still finding my new normal low weight. Has anyone ever had a full mastectomy with him? Thanks!
I'd REALLY like ( before going bak 2 an Incredibly Demanding Palm Beach Season ... ) a few improvements . Hav th munny don't hav th time .
Im exasperating myself by prioritizing everyone else and ignoring my own needs and well deserved and needed pleasure
Dr Francisco Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico did mine . It leaves a lot of scarring ( no bikini bottoms with legs cut up to the waist a la the disco era lol) but in my case healed and faded fast . My legs which were kinda loose skinned n shaky came out BEAUTIFUL .
I also asked him to liposuck my knee area that also helped . It's not supposed to b a very lasting surgery but five years post op I'm still massively happy :)
I second the suggestion to join real self.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
1) Were you weary of surgery in Mexico? If so, what put you at ease about traveling?
You are picked up at the airport and transported to the hotel. Dr S meets you for your markup that night, picks you up in the morning for your surgery and you stay at the clini****il you can stay by yourself back at the hotel
2) Did you go alone? Would you feel comfortable going alone (I will be)?
I had no issues. I was 59.5 and everything is taken care of for you.
3) Is he affiliated with or recommend a recovery house/facility?
No. You stay at the Hampton Inn. There is an HEB think super walmart just out the back of the hotel and down a few stores at the mall. Paty, Dr Saucada's nurse comes daily to help you shower and get back into your compression garments. The hotel has been serving his patients for over 10 years.
