First- great job with your loss!
I have just recently thought about having abdominoplasty, I have not yet met with a surgeon. I feel my core is strong and will not need a lift, but what do I know? LOL. I am happy with my arms/shoulders and chest and am 3 years out from surgery.
If you go for a consult let us know how you make out. I am seriously contemplating this.

I had a 360-degree body lift (and breast lift). He removed 2.65lbs of skin. When I had my consult with him in July he told me I was 'on the fence' and could have just a tummy tuck or do a full LBL and be happy with either. I lost about another 12lbs after seeing him and that was really when my butt started to need work, so I'm glad that I went with the whole shebang.

The skin will never go away so you have to decide if you can accept it or if you want to get it removed.
Mentally I had to get mine removed but many people love themselves as-is. I guess I was actually a combination of both. I fixed the parts that bothered me most and learned to love the rest of me as-is. I love my body now.

I think this is a question that only you and your plastic surgeon can answer. Chances are that all the hypertrophy won't fill out your skin completely. But a good plastic surgeon should be able to help you figure that out.
