What can i do about my excess skin on my stomach that hangs down to my knees that makes it hard for me to walk and enjoy life

Try some massages to tighten your belly skin, also do some exercises like bicycle crunches, leg raises etc.

If your skin hangs to your knees then no amount of exercise will help,..... what you would need is a panniculectomy ( apron removable ) should be covered by insurance because it would be considered for medical (mobility) reason. Start by getting refferals from your Family Dr. to see plastic surgeons in your area. Not all surgeon want to work with insurance funded surgeries so do your reseach. Good Luck

You need to start a paper trail for skin removal. I exercise 1 to 2 hours a day and I still have excess skin. No exercise will correct this!

I also work out for one to two hours every day, yet I still have extra skin. geometry dash subzero

You should do some exercises or get a tummy tuck. The tummy tuck can help you deal with your excess skin
